Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Use the ventilator for more than 24 hours; 2. Prepare to withdraw from the ventilator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe congenital malformation; 2. Use the ventilator for more than 28 days; 3. Chromosomal or genetic diseases; 4. Without the consent of the family.
