group 1:From 2023/03/01 to 2023/07/31, participants will receive health education and be sent online knowledge every two weeks, four times in total

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes in the national basic public health system; 2. Permanent residents of Guangzhou (resident for half a year or more); 3. Complete cognitive and behavioral ability, normal reading and writing ability, skilled in using mobile phones; 4. Informed consent; 5. Have not participated in any type of diabetes education program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from serious diseases such as tumors; 2. Patients with acute complications; 3. Unable to complete follow-up activities and follow-up visits.
