18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pre-pregnancy BMI >=24 kg/m^2; 2. Aged 18-35 years; 3. Primipara single fetus, gestational age is 9-11 +6 weeks; 4. Intention to have regular birth examination and hospital delivery in this hospital; 5. Pregnant patients and their family members give informed consent and participate together.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe medical and surgical diseases before pregnancy; 2. Previous psychiatric history, cognitive impairment or unwillingness to cooperate.
