Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Obese patients with hypertension (BMI >= 28 kg/m^2) were diagnosed by Yongshun Community Health Service Center of Tongzhou District, Beijing, and their blood pressure was controlled at 130-160mmHg. 2. Aged between 18 and 75 years (inclusive). 3. Currently taking antihypertensive drugs on a regular basis. 4. The patients (or legal guardians) understood the research requirements and treatment procedures and signed a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular event (including cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and TIA) in the last 6 months. 2. Poor medication compliance or poor blood pressure measurement compliance. 3. Alcohol abuse or are currently on a diet or other special diet. 4. People who eat three meals a day irregularly or have poor chewing ability. 5. People who are taking hypoglycemic drugs, receiving insulin therapy, or have unstable blood sugar control. 6. Complicated with other organ failure, such as severe renal insufficiency (GFR?), etc. 7. Have a serious disease with a life expectancy of less than 12 months, such as malignancy, advanced disease, etc. 8. People who suffer from mental illness, cognitive impairment, memory impairment, severe visual/hearing impairment, or other unforeseen reasons that prevent them from receiving intervention. 9. People during pregnancy or puerperium. 10. People with unstable lipid control, or newly added lipid-lowering treatment and taking lipid-lowering drugs within 1 month. 11. Increased medication or changed medication regimen due to metabolic diseases within the last 6 months or during the intervention period.
