Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. General anesthesia was performed, ASA grade I-II; 2. Aged 18-65 years, BMI<30kg/m^2; 3. Normal liver and kidney function; 4. It is expected that the ventilator assisted breathing under general anesthesia will last more than 4 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of anesthesia drug allergy, contraindicated evidence; 2. Complicated with hematological diseases; 3. Patients with severe organ dysfunction; 4. A long history of opioid use; 5. Patients with language, hearing and mental disabilities; 6. Grade III or IV cardiac function; 7. Changes in liver function (Child-Pugh grade B or above); 8. Taking large doses of corticosteroids within one month before surgery; 9. Body temperature above 38 ? or below 36 ?; 10. Blood routine showed white blood cells greater than 4*10^9 or less than 10*10^9; 11. Family members or patients themselves refuse to participate.
