two-rod group:posterior spinal corrective surgery with osteotomy (two rods without dual-headed screw)
three-rod group:posterior spinal corrective surgery with osteotomy (three rods with one dual-headed screw)
four-rod group:posterior spinal corrective surgery with osteotomy (four rods with two dual-headed screws)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgery in our department from 2015 to 2020. 2. Aged over 18 years. 3. Preoperative Cobb Angle or kyphosis Angle greater than 90 degrees. 4. Patients underwent posterior PSO osteotomy and orthosis, and new double-headed nails were used in the three-rod and four-rod groups. 5. Follow-up time was more than 24 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of spinal surgery. 2. Patients with incomplete clinical and imaging data before, after and at the last follow-up.
