18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. ASA I-II grade; 3. BMI 18-30kg/m^2; 4. Lower extremity operation is planned.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Local anesthetic allergy; 2. The puncture site infection or ultrasound could not identify the anatomical structure or identify the body surface location; 3. Patients with obvious cardiac symptoms, coagulation dysfunction, neuropsychiatric disease, morbid obesity, vital organ dysfunction, and suspected difficult airway; 4. Recent use of sedative and analgesic drugs; 5. Those who refuse to sign informed consent.
