Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, gender is not limited; 2. ASA grade I-II; 3. BMI 18 -30kg/m^2; 4. No history of chronic circulatory and respiratory diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, propofol, lidocaine and other drugs and their components; 2. Patients with the following medical history: (1) History of cardiovascular system; (2) Respiratory history; (3) Neurological history: craniocerebral injury, intracranial hypertension, cerebral aneurysm, cerebrovascular accident history; (4) History of mental system: schizophrenia, mania, insanity, cognitive dysfunction; 3. Patients with obvious abnormal laboratory examination indexes during the screening period; 4. Modified Mahalanobis score level III and above; 5. A history of substance abuse, drug use, alcohol abuse and long-term use of psychotropic substances within 2 years prior to the start of the screening period; 6. Pregnant or lactating patients; 7. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
