Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for chronic spontaneous urticaria; 2. Age >=20 years old and <=65 years old, gender is not limited; 3. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inductive urticaria (such as physical, cholinergic, water, contact, etc.) and urticaria, urticaria vasculitis caused by drugs, infections and other clear causes; 2. Patients who have taken glucocorticoid drugs or immunosuppressants in the past one month, or antihistamines other than cetirizine hydrochloride (such as Diphenhydramine, promethamine, promethazine, ketotifen, loratadine, etc.) in the past one week; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with contraindications to acupuncture and moxibustion and allergic to cetirizine hydrochloride (common contraindications to acupuncture and moxibustion include patients with hemorrhagic diseases, patients with acupuncture dizziness, skin infections, ulcers, scar tissue, tumors, etc.); 5. Acute onset of chronic spontaneous urticaria accompanied by laryngeal edema, shock and other serious symptoms (such patients need emergency medical treatment); 6. Persons with mental illness or other serious diseases.
