14 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 14 years old; 2. Clinically diagnosed ALS patients; 3. No pathogenic gene mutation sites were found by second or third generation sequencing of whole exon. 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other hereditary diseases; 2. Patients who have undergone bone marrow transplantation or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 3. Patients with multiple myeloma and other hematopoietic neoplastic diseases affecting genomic expression; 4. ALS patients who did not agree to be enrolled.
