20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The course of symptoms of neck pain should be at least 3 months but not more than 2 years 2) The onset of pain lasts more than 30 minutes and occurs at least once a month 3) Pain intensity measured by visual analog scale (VAS) at the time of recruitment exceeded 3 points 4) Pain during cervical spine extension, or the Angle of cervical spine extension measured by CROM is less than 30 degrees 5) No massage or other related treatment within 7 days prior to recruitment 6) Age 20-60, male and female 7) Able and willing to submit to intervention and follow-up evaluation 8) Agree not to receive other relevant treatments (including muscle relaxants) during the treatment period. 9) Be able to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) A history of cervical disc herniation with neurological symptoms; Neck trauma; Surgical neck fracture; Spinal diseases; Infectious inflammatory autoimmune disease; Congenital vertebral deformity; Or a compression fracture 2) There are serious primary diseases, such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney diseases 3) Inability to communicate or self-care due to a mental or psychological disorder associated with severe neurosis or dementia 4) Pregnant or lactating women 5) Local skin injury 6) Failure to adhere to treatment within the prescribed time 7) Participate in other clinical trials 8) Use of any other treatment (drug or non-drug)
