Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbago; 2) Aged 18-50; 3) Recurrent low back pain for no less than 1 month and no more than 3 months; 4) Participants who have not received any other treatment plan, voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; 2) Patients with spinal congenital deformity, spinal fracture, dislocation, spinal tuberculosis, spinal tumor, spinal tumor, osteoporosis and other spinal osteopathy; 3) Patients with visceral diseases such as kidney stones that can cause lumbago; 4) Pregnant and lactating women; 5) Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other serious primary diseases, as well as mental patients; 6) Local trauma in the acute stage or local skin damage; 7) Participants who cannot participate in the experiment according to the specified time; 8) Participants considered unsuitable by the researchers.
