Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years old; 2. stable chronic diseases and functional status; 3. Signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those who could not cooperate with the investigation (such as the elderly with severe dementia and communication limitation), 2. the elderly with a terminal disease whose life expectancy was less than 6 months; 3. patients who had a fracture, acute coronary events, malignant arrhythmia, severe infection and underwent a major operation in the past 6 months, 4. They are participating in other clinical trials.
