Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 30 healthy volunteers without eye disease were selected, including staff and volunteers from Aier Excellence Eye Hospital, aged 18-65, to collect right eye data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, thyroid disease, abnormal renal function and other systemic diseases; 2. Suffering from high myopia (diopter >= -6.0D, eye axis >= 26mm); 3. Active inflammatory eye disease, pterygium Pygium, corneal plaques, cataracts, uveitis that affect the quality of measured images; 4. History of wearing contact lenses (hard lenses < 4 weeks, soft lenses < 1 week); 5. History of glaucoma; 6. Fundus disease; 7. History of previous eye surgery; 8. Patients with poor vision fixation and unable to cooperate with sitting and lying positions.
