Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old; 2. First admission to ICU; 3. Conscious awareness (Richmond resting-sedation scale score was -1~+1, and ICU fuzzy consciousness assessment was negative for delirium); 4. No previous history of depression, anxiety, or mental illness; 5. Can complete the content of the scale used in this study independently or with the cooperation of family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with hearing, vision, cognitive dysfunction; 2. Have infectious diseases or receive contact isolation; 3. Unable to use VR devices, such as movement taboo, head and face wounds or drainage tubes; 4. participated in other researchers.
