Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postmenopausal women aged 50-75,who menopause for 12 months or more, and have not received chemotherapy, endocrine therapy or treatment to inhibit ovarian function, and follicular estrogen and estradiol are at postmenopausal level; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of MCI; 3. Theres no serious audio-visual disorders, have a certain understanding and language expression ability, and can cooperate to complete all inspections; 4. Agree to join the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of stroke, brain tumor, brain injury, intracranial infection, epilepsy or other neurological diseases; 2. Suffer from serious mental illness, such as depression; 3.Have contraindications to exercise; 4.Have a history of alcohol or other drug abuse, or currently taking drugs to improve cognition; 5.Presence of serious primary diseases or malignant tumors of heart, liver, kidney, blood or endocrine system etc; 6.The regular exercise time is more than 1 hour per week 3 months before enrollment.
