Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Intermediate-risk or high-risk localized prostate cancer requiring radical prostatectomy: 1) patients with biopsis-proven prostate cancer; 2) Clinical stage T2b-T3; 3) Serum PSA >10ng/ml; 4)Gleason score 7-10 (?-? meet one of them) b) Male aged 18-75 years; c) Agree to sign the informed consent, follow the doctor's advice and follow up regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patients with the history of other malignant tumors; b) Patients unable to understand or cooperate with the PET-CT; c) Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood system diseases, diabetes and other diseases that cannot be controlled and can not tolerate surgery; d) Patients with previous abdominal and pelvic surgery history and severe abdominal and pelvic adhesion.
