Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective painless abortion, ASAI-II grade 2. Age 18-45 3. BMI 18.5-24 kg/m2 4. No obvious cardiopulmonary disease 5. Normal communication 6. Volunteers and sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe respiratory and circulatory diseases, such as severe coronary atherosclerosis Sclerosis, heart failure, myocardial infarction, respiratory failure and other underlying diseases (2) neurological diseases: such as severe cerebral hemorrhage or sequelae of cerebral infarction, hemiplegia, aphasia (3) mental illness: such as schizophrenia, depression and so on (4) Long-term drug abuse: including chemotherapy drugs, analgesics, etc (5) Complicated with obvious abnormal liver and kidney function (6) Patients with possible difficult airway, high intracranial pressure and high intraocular pressure (7) Patients allergic to anesthetic drugs such as propofol and esketamine (8) History of vaginal delivery
