Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Initial total knee arthroplasty; (2) Those who have basic reading and writing skills and have no barriers to communication; (3) Basic operation of smart phones; (4) Living in or around the city of each trial center; (5) Age 50-80 years old, informed consent, voluntary principle, and signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Unicompartmental replacement or non-primary total knee arthroplasty; (2) History of joint infection, joint tuberculosis or osteomyelitis, or surgical operation of lower limbs within 6 months; (3) Severe dysfunction of heart, brain and kidney; (4) Combined with other serious knee joint diseases and injuries, resulting in serious deformity of the patient 's hip and ankle joints; (5) Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment are unable to learn and participate in rehabilitation training; (6) Patients who have participated in other similar rehabilitation function training programs, or transferred to other medical institutions for rehabilitation after discharge; (7) Patients who cannot return to the hospital for regular reexamination.
