The hydromorphone group:Epidural morphine ketone of hydrogen may dose is as follows: 0.1-0.15-0.2-0.25-0.3-0.35-0.4-0.45-0.5-0.55 mg
The morphine group:The possible doses of epidural morphine are as follows: 0.6 mg -0.7 mg - 0.8 mg -0.9 mg -1 mg -1.1 mg -1.2mg -1.3mg-1.4mg-1.5mg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) An observational study was conducted with the approval of the ethics Committee of Dongguan Tung Wah hospital. The protocol is registered on the China Clinical Trials Network; (2) Patients who were to undergo annular resection and anastomosis of the upper rectal mucosa of hemorrhoids under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia in Dongguan Tung Wah hospital; (3) Patients aged 18-60 years with BMI<30; (4) The ASA classification is I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to the drugs used in this study; (2) Coagulation dysfunction; (3) Use of any painkillers, alcohol or other drugs for addiction, mental and neurological disorders within the last 2 weeks; (4) Patients with contraindications of spinal anesthesia puncture and unwilling to cooperate with anesthesia; (5) Skin infection in the area to be punctured.
