Age

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pre-pregnant BMI>=24kg/m^2; 2. No previous history of childbirth; 3. Singleton pregnancy; 4. Routine antenatal care until delivery in our hospital; 5. Age between 20-40 years old; 6. Full term delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pre-pregnant diabetes, hypertension and/or other cardiovascular diseases; 2. Complications with systemic lupus erythematosus and other autoimmune diseases; 3. Twin pregnancy; 4. Preterm delivery.
