Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sroke subjects (1).The first attack of stroke is located in the cerebral hemisphere and confirmed by CT or MRI; (2).Able to walk independently before stroke, and the course of disease is more than 1 month; (3).Age > 18 years old; (4).The clinical condition is stable without cognitive impairment; (5).After modified Ashworth assessment, there were different degrees of lower limb muscle tension increase; (6).After being reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee, the informed consent form is signed. 2 .Healthy subjects (1).After being reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee, the informed consent form is signed; (2).Stable vital signs, mental health and normal intelligence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sroke subjects (1).Combined with severe circulatory and respiratory diseases; (2).Have received anti-spasmodic treatment such as medicine, surgery and nerve block; (3).Coagulation disorders; (4).Peripheral neuropathy of lower limbs; (5).Inability to cooperate with cognitive impairment. 2. Healthy subjects (1).History of stroke; (2).Diseases affecting motor function accompanied by severe bone, joint and muscle lesions or deformities; (3).Severe heart, liver and kidney diseases and infections.
