Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The diopter has been basically stable in the past two years; (2) The age is 18-45 years old; (3) The horizontal diameter of cornea is more than 10.6 mm, and the depth of anterior chamber is more than 2.8 mm; (4) The number of corneal endothelial cells is more than 2000/mm2; (5) The function of iris and pupil is normal; (6) The self crystal is in a transparent state, and its shape, position and intraocular pressure are normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of ocular trauma or intraocular surgery; (2) Patients with other diseases affecting vision: glaucoma, optic neuropathy, macular epiretinal membrane, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, vitreous hemorrhage, retinal detachment, pathological myopia, etc. (3) Combined with ocular infectious diseases: endophthalmitis, keratoconjunctivitis, dacryocystitis, etc. (4) those who cannot obtain clear imaging data, such as cataract patients who seriously affect vision assessment.
