Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1. 18-75 years old, right hand dominant (Edinburgh Handedness Inventory); 2. has been diagnosed with SCI; 3. post-injured course of disease: the cross-sectional study is limited to 36 months, and the cohort study is limited to 1 week to 1 month (has passed the spinal shock period); 4. The patient did not receive any form of rTMS treatment within 2 weeks; 5. stable MEP can be detected; 6. no cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental State Examination>=24 scores); 7. agree to participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent form. Controls:1. 18-75 years old, right hand dominant (Edinburgh Handedness Inventory); 2. stable MEP can be detected; 3. no cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental State Examination>=24 scores); 4. agree to participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients:1. complicated with serious nervous system diseases, unable to tolerate relevant tests; 2. upper limb fracture, arteriovenous fistula or other diseases leading to movement disorder; 3. ferromagnetic implants in the head or neck; 4. having implantation of cardiac pacemaker; 5. severe coagulation disorder, severe cardiac insufficiency or uncontrollable hypertension: systolic blood pressure > 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg; 6. other serious systemic diseases such as tumors; 7. taking the drugs that may affect the MEP recording within 1 week, including baclofen, diazepam and other drugs; 8. female patients are in the menstrual period.; Controls:1. ferromagnetic implants in the head or neck; 2. having implantation of cardiac pacemaker;3. taking the drugs that may affect the MEP recording within 1 week, including baclofen, diazepam and other drugs; 4. female patients are in the menstrual period.;
