Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults with the following inclusion criteria. ?Healthy adults, aged =18 years and =60 years, regardless of gender. ?Junior high school and above education level. ?Voluntary participation and cooperation in this study, and signing of the informed statement. ?no significant abnormalities on sensory examination. Stroke patients, with the following inclusion criteria. ?meeting the diagnostic criteria for cerebral hemorrhage or acute ischemic stroke. ?Age = 30 years and = 80 years. ?first onset of stroke and duration of disease within 1 year. ?the stroke site is unilateral cerebral hemisphere or brainstem, with unilateral hemiparesis. ?The patient has stable vital signs, is conscious and can cooperate with relevant examination and treatment. ?have unilateral upper limb motor dysfunction, but upper limb function Brunnstrom = stage II, modified Ashworth = grade 1. ?The patient or guardian voluntarily participated and cooperated with this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for healthy adults. ? Contraindications to any transcranial magnetic stimulation, such as the presence of foreign bodies such as metal implants, pacemakers, etc. in the body. ? limb sensory dysfunction caused by neurological diseases such as stroke, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, peripheral neuritis or psychiatric disorders. ? Medical problems related to a history of addiction to drugs or addictive substances such as alcohol or tobacco. ? Pregnant or lactating women, etc. Exclusion criteria for stroke patients. ? transient ischemic attack, recurrent stroke, primary or secondary intracerebral hematoma, or subarachnoid hemorrhage, or subdural/epidural hematoma. ? lesions involving the stimulation target (M1 hand, S2 and thalamic VPL). ? Contraindications to any transcranial magnetic stimulation, such as the presence of foreign bodies such as metallic implants, pacemakers, etc.; severe impairment of consciousness and communication (those with severe impairment of vision, hearing, speech and cognition). ? Previous history of psychiatric disorders, epilepsy or ongoing antiepileptic treatment, etc. ? Severe internal organ diseases such as liver, lung, heart, kidney, etc. ? Medical problems related to a history of addiction to drugs or other addictive substances such as alcohol or tobacco ? Suffering from other diseases that can cause motor dysfunction such as Parkinson's disease, peripheral neuropathy, brain tumor, abscess or spinal cord disease.
