Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Severe degenerative knee arthritis, initial unilateral TKR under elective general anesthesia, ASAI grade II, BMI20-25, age 65-85 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lower extremity muscle atrophy, neuropathy, acute and chronic pain; Long-term use of psychotropic and opiate drugs
