Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Children with a clear diagnosis of growing pains. In this study, Peterson's diagnostic criteria for growing pains were used, which are the most widely used in clinical research related to growing pain, and the specific diagnostic criteria are: (1) mainly bilateral lower extremity pain; (2) There may be a break of several days between the two pains; (3) Pain appears on the front of the thigh, the back of the knee, and the calf; (4) Pain mostly occurs later in the day or at night; (5) The pain can be relieved by itself; (6) Pain lasting for more than 3 months; (7) Other diagnoses such as lower limb trauma, infection, anemia, calcium deficiency and bone tumors are excluded; (2) The age of the child is between 3~18 years old; (3) the primary caregiver of the child has basic reading and comprehension skills; (4) The child and the primary caregiver agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)children with pain in both lower extremities caused by trauma and other diseases; (2)Children with serious diseases of other systems; (3) The primary caregiver of the child cannot correctly understand and fill out the questionnaire.
