Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selection criteria: (1) Conventional oxygen therapy (oxygen storage mask, nasal high flow) cannot provide effective oxygenation (oxygenation index= 150) (2) Age= 18 years old (3) Patients and their families are willing to participate in clinical research and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: (1) Type II respiratory failure caused by COPD or acute exacerbation of asthma (2) Acute left heart failure (3)ARDS (4) Consciousness disorder / cardiac arrest / respiratory arrest (5) Upper airway obstruction/gastrointestinal bleeding (6) Undrained pneumothorax or mediastinal emphysema
