Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age>18 years old, submucous myoma of uterus requiring surgical treatment 2)Agree to accept Transcervical bipolar-plasmakinetic anatomical endoscopic enucleation of the myoma surgery 3)The range of motion of both lower limbs could be placed in the lithotomy position 4)Be able to comply with the study protocol and sign the informed consent for the clinical study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)It is difficult to tolerate uterine distention operation due to severe medical diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, and coagulation dysfunction 2)Combined with contraindications of general anesthesia and continuous epidural anesthesia 3)Acute subacute inflammation of the genital tract 4)Genital tuberculosis without antituberculosis treatment 5)The uterine cavity is too narrow or the cervix is too hard to dilate 6)Excessive uterine bleeding 7)Cervical invasive carcinoma or uterine fibroids grow rapidly, and imaging suggests a malignant tendency 8)Poor compliance and inability to cooperate with follow-up
