Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Suspected coronary artery disease as assessed by a clinician 2. Echocardiography and coronary angiography have been completed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant global or regional wall motion abnormalities on conventional echocardiography at rest 2. Left ventricular ejection fraction <=50% 3. More than mild valvular regurgitation is present on echocardiography 4. Myocardial hypertrophy is present 5. Cardiomyopathy is present 6. Electrocardiogram showed abnormal conduction 7. Poor image quality on echocardiography or coronary angiography 8. Abnormal coronary anatomy
