Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 595 patients with gout aged 18 to 80 were enrolled in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) taking stone related medications such as allopurinol, potassium citrate and thiazides within one month; 2) presence of acute or chronic infection, 3) taking medication that might affect renal function
