Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for painful heel syndrome. 2. 18 years 3 months. 4. No combined fracture, bone tumor, or foot deformity on frontal X-ray in the weight-bearing position of the foot. 5. No mental and neurological disorders and can understand the scale correctly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, and entrapment of the first branch of the lateral plantar nerve resulting in achalasia. 2. With ischemic heart disease, chronic cardiac insufficiency, chronic liver insufficiency, chronic renal insufficiency and other diseases that cannot tolerate treatment 3. Diabetes mellitus with poor glycemic control, fasting blood glucose over 10.0 mmol/L. 4. Patients with bleeding disorders and localized foot infections. 5. Not cooperating with treatment and not able to follow up regularly. 6. Patients who have received other treatment methods within one week before the visit. 7. Those who have difficulty in understanding the contents of the scale and cannot judge the degree of their own pain.
