Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) COVID-19 patients; (2) Gender is not limited; (3) Age> 18 years old; (4) BMI < 35kg/m^2; (5) The patient or family members sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) local anesthetic drug allergy (2) coagulation dysfunction (3) trauma and local infection in the area of nerve block; (4) changes in neck anatomy; (5) patients who were intubated and mechanically ventilated before the study; (6) known hypersensitivity to any drug used for anesthesia or any of its excipients; (7) Pregnant or lactating women (8) Uncontrolled hypotension or life-threatening comorbidities
