Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged from 18 to 75 years old undergoing primary unilateral total hip arthroplasty; 2. The operation was performed by the same doctor, and the surgical approach was posterolateral approach. 3. Have an Internet-connected device (e.g. mobile phone, tablet) that can be used independently/with the help of a caregiver; 4. The patient was conscious, without cognitive dysfunction, and volunteered to participate in the study; 5. Agree to receive postoperative follow-up and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Revision or bilateral arthroplasty; 2. Will receive other lower limb surgery within 3 months after operation; 3. Accompanied by serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 4. with other neurological or musculoskeletal diseases outside the surgical site that limit limb movement; 5. Unstable postoperative condition and serious complications occurred.
