18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Premenopausal women aged =18 years; 2. Endometriosis or adenomyosis diagnosed by B-ultrasound and clinical examination; 3. VAS score of pain associated with endometriosis or adenomyosis =3cm; 4. The subjects were informed and signed the informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy, lactation, and amenorrhea; 2. Recent fertility needs; 3. Unexplained vaginal bleeding; 4. Ovarian cyst diameter > 5cm; 5. Obvious uterine enlargement (uterine diameter > 10 cm or maximum myometrium thickness > 4 cm); 6. Severe menstrual bleeding to anemia (hemoglobin < 8g/dL); 7. Recent use of a hormonal agent (e.g., GnRH-a or another long-acting agent within 3 months, or short-acting within 1 month) Medicines such as oral contraceptives); 8. There are clear surgical indications for surgical treatment; 9. Any contraindications to study drugs; 10. Other investigators deem it inappropriate to participate.
