Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 in accordance with the above diagnostic criteria; 2 Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; 3 have good communication skills, can successfully complete the questionnaire; 4 subjects were informed and signed the informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tinnitus caused by organic damage such as infection, trauma, tumor and systemic disease; 2. Lidocaine allergy; 3. Patients with severe cardiac cerebrovascular disease, or heart, liver, and kidney failure, or hematological disorders; 4. Patients with mental diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients who had been treated for tinnitus within 2 weeks.
