Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Resident population in Shaanxi Province (no relocation to other cities within 3 years) 2)For this pregnancy, you have possible high-risk factors (including: father or advanced age over 35 years old, artificially assisted reproduction, various diseases during pregnancy, history of other abnormal pregnancies and deliveries, etc.) 3) Pregnant women without high-risk factors
