Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: 18-75 years 2: patients with unicameral popliteal cysts 3: patients who have failed conservative treatment (3 recurrences within 1 year or 2 recurrences within 6 months), or who have a cyst = 3 cm in the smallest diameter with significant clinical symptoms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: knee ligament injury 2: inflammatory arthritis (gout, rheumatoid, knee infection, etc.) 3: ipsilateral knee arthroplasty 4: coagulation dysfunction 5: impaired circulation to the limb caused by non-popliteal cyst compression such as thrombosis or varicose veins 6: lower extremity Neurological symptoms caused by non-popliteal cyst compression 7: Civil incapacity or Persons of limited civil capacity.
