Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Fulfilled the criteria for OCD in the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-5) (2) Yale Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) total score > 16 (3) Age: 18 ~ 45 years old, right-handed, junior high school education or above (4) Diagnosed pollution / cleaning and examination as the main symptoms by two psychiatrists with professional titles of attending physician and above (5) In the first 4 weeks of enrollment, the drug treatment was stable without drug adjustment (6) Provided informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients have a neurological illness or major physical diseases (2) Fulfilled the criteria for schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depressive disorder, Tourette syndrome, personality disorder and other mental disorders (3) Patients who are drug abuse and psychoactive substances (4) Patients who have received systematic CBT in the past (5) Patients who are not MRI compatible
