18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Unilateral intertrochanteric fractures, according to AO classification, the fracture type was (31A1.2); ? Patients aged =18 years; ? Fresh closed fracture caused by injury with operation time <3 weeks; ? Patients with normal function and no pain of hip joint before injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with fractures in other sites; ? Pathological fracture; ? Patients with systemic multi-system injury; ? the subjects have uncontrolled behaviors; ? Unable to complete the interview.
