Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) The first diagnosis of CTS patients ; ( 2 ) Perimenopausal women, aged 45-55 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Patients with mental illness such as anxiety and depression ; ( 2 ) Patients cannot be followed up for a long time ; ( 3 ) Patients with ovarian resection, use of estrogen and progesterone drugs, pituitary tumors and other factors affecting hormone levels ; ( 4 ) Patients with peripheral nervous system diseases such as severe cervical spondylosis, pronator syndrome, peripheral neuritis, thoracic outlet syndrome,nar branch cardia syndrome, brachial plexus injury ; ( 5 ) Patients with high risk factors of CTS with diabetes and higher BMI.
