Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.admitted for shoulder arthroscopic surgery due to rotator cuff injury 2.aged from 18 to 65years old 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)=?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.refuse to general anesthesia or patients with high risk of general anesthesia 2.suffered from pain caused by other disease were on chronic opioid therapy 3.inable to cooperate to long-term follow-up investigation or complete questionnaire
