Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age or gender are not limited; 2. Patients discharged from the hospital with a diagnosis of brucellosis; 3. Specifically refer to the People's Republic of China health industry standard "Brucellosis Diagnosis" (WS269-2019) to confirm the diagnosis of brucellosis patients, that is, the patient meets the suspected or clinically diagnosed cases and at the same time passes any of the confirmed tests mentioned below to confirm: a) Isolation of Brucella from cultures of any pathological material such as the patient's blood, bone marrow, other body fluids, and excreta. b) The IVF test (SAT) has titers of 1:100++ and above, or 1:50++ and above in patients with a duration of more than one year and still have clinical symptoms. c) Complement binding test (CFT) titer of 1:10++ and above. d) Anti-human immunoglobulin test (Coomb's) titer of 1:400++ and above. 4. Voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe lumbar spine trauma before the diagnosis of brucellosis; 2. Have undergone lumbosacral spine surgery before being diagnosed with brucellosis; 3. Scoliosis; 4. Currently participating in clinical trials of other drugs or medical devices; The investigators did not consider it suitable for inclusion.
