18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)18-70 years old; (2) Preoperative fine-needle puncture or intraoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis of thyroid cancer; (3) Tumor diameter less than 4.0cm; (4) Cervical lymph node dissection was considered necessary after cervical ultrasound, CT or puncture biopsy suggested lateral cervical lymph node metastasis or multidisciplinary joint consultation (MDT). (5) No abnormality was found in preoperative laryngoscope; (6) No surgical contraindications; (7) Understand the research content and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) History of neck surgery or radiotherapy; (3) Patients who were unfit for surgery; (4) hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; (5) Endoscopic surgery was converted to open; (6) The tumor invaded the capsule or adjacent structures such as trachea, esophagus, RLN or severe tissue adhesion; (7) Distance metastasis; (8) Patients insisted on withdrawing from the trial.
