Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal group enrollment criteria: 20-40 years old female; no history of acute or chronic disease or malignant tumor; no history of alcohol or drug abuse; non-pregnancy, lactation; voluntary consent to participate in the research project and sign informed consent. 1.2 patients with uterine leiomyoma were treated with HIFU in Chongqing Haifu Hospital. Admission criteria: meet the diagnostic criteria (refer to the ninth edition of Obstetrics and Gynecology: increased menstruation and prolonged menstruation, lower abdominal mass, increased leucorrhea, oppressive symptoms, etc.; signs are related to the size, location, number and deformation of leiomyoma; gynecological examination can be palpable uterine enlargement, surface irregular single or multiple nodular processes; auxiliary examination of gynecological ultrasound can detect solid nodules). Uterine leiomyoma was diagnosed for the first time without treatment; voluntarily joined the group and signed informed consent form; age 20-40 years old, infertile; BMI20~25kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-pregnancy and lactation; 2. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases can not tolerate anesthesia; 3. Acute pelvic infection, endometritis and vaginitis have not been controlled; 4. Malignant or suspected malignant transformation of leiomyoma; 5. Suffering from malignant tumors of the cervix, endometrium, fallopian tubes or ovaries; 6. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 7. No history of alcohol or drug abuse; 8. anemia.
