Age
7 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 7-18 years old; 2. Alveolar fissure; 3. American Society of Anesthesiology Class I (ASA I) patients; 4. No previous history of ilium resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unwilling to participate in the trial; 2. Systemic diseases; 3. Cleft palate patients with craniofacial syndrome; 4. Patients taking drugs that may affect the prognosis.
