Interventions

F1 group:Administration of 0.25% ropivacaine for continuous femoral nerve analgesia, total dose 300 ml. Continuous infusion 4 ml/h, bolus dose 5 ml/ml, lock time 15 min
F2 group:Administration of 0.25% ropivacaine + 20ug/ml hydromorphone for continuous femoral nerve analgesia, total dose 300 ml. Continuous infusion 4 ml/h, bolus dose 5 ml/ml, lock time 15 min

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent of the patient and approval of the hospital ethics committee; Selective total knee arthroplasty under intraspinal anesthesia and postoperative analgesia; Age 18-80; ASA grade I~III; BMI18-35kg/?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients do not agree or voluntarily withdraw from the study; History of knee joint trauma, surgery, malignant tumor, primary disease of lower limb nerve or muscle; Serious basic diseases, such as dysfunction of heart, liver, lung, kidney, brain and other organs and abnormal coagulation function;History of mental illness; Having cognitive impairment and unable to complete the pain score of VAS; Contraindication of intraspinal anesthesia; People who are allergic to any of the drugs used in this study.
