65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? =65 years old; ?ASA grade II ~ ?; ? Receiving single total hip replacement for the first time; (4) Informed consent of patients and their families to this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Have a history of mental or neurological disorders that prevent normal communication; ? Coagulation dysfunction; ? Serious cardiovascular disease ? mental disease or hearing impairment and aphasia etc. ? puncture site infection, ? history of local anesthetic allergy, ? history of lower limb neuromuscular injury?Severe abnormal function of liver and kidney
