Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with unilateral hip surgery, regardless of gender, age 65 to 89 years old, body mass index 18 to 25 kg/?, ASA grade I-III, can complete the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) and the Consciousness Disorder Assessment Method (CAM), and MMSE>24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with fracture, block or puncture site infection, coagulation dysfunction or immune system disease in other parts; Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; Peripheral nervous disease, nervous or mental system disease; Those who are allergic to all drugs, have no chronic pain, drink excessively, or take opioids for a long time; The second operation of hip joint or the amount of bleeding during operation is more than 800ml.

General information and operation: age, gender, BMI, ASA classification, education level, operation time, blood loss, infusion volume, urine volume;MAP, HR, body temperature (ear temperature), arterial blood pH, Lac, BE, HCO3 -, and different degrees of intraoperative hypoxemia (SpO2 < 92%, SpO2 < 88%, SpO2 < 85%) and hypotension (MAP < 80% base value) at the same time point from T1 to T7;Postoperative recovery time, orientation recovery time, retention time in post anesthesia recovery room (PACU), time to get out of bed, anal exhaust time, time to start eating, and time to leave hospital;Intraoperative anesthetic dosage, number and dosage of vasoactive drugs;Adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting, hypotension, respiratory depression, new pulmonary infection or aggravation of original infection, atelectasis after surgery;
