Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The elderly over 70 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Conforming to the frailty criteria for the elderly (= 3 Fried frailty assessment methods); 3. Can maintain the balance of sitting position; 4. No mental disorders (those who scored more than 8 points in the simple mental questionnaire assessment) and serious acute and chronic diseases; 5. Clearly expressed their awareness and agreed to accept treatment and follow-up voluntarily; 6. Sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with unstable spine and pain in sitting position; 2. People with severe hemiplegia and cognitive impairment caused by brain injury; 3. People with serious heart disease and other serious complications, such as renal failure, Parkinson's disease and infectious diseases, are not suitable for rehabilitation treatment
